All goods are sold with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, it may be exchanged for goods of equal value. Simply return the product to Blackthorn Productions, with an RMA number clearly visible on the outer packaging.

When returning your purchase, please ensure that all documents are returned with the product, the original invoice is enclosed and that the product is in its original packaging. Products are to be packaged within a suitable shipping container prior to returning to Blackthorn Productions.

All service charges, including freight charges to and from the customer, are not refundable at any time.
Blackthorn Productions reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that is damaged or in an unsaleable condition, is returned without all documentation, has been misused, is not accompanied by the original invoice, is shipped with charges payable by the receiver or is returned without an RMA number.

Warranty Returns
All products returned are to be packed in a suitable container with the RMA number clearly visible.
All products returned will be accepted under the terms of the warranty agreement, as stipulated by the manufacturer. Goods returned for warranty are accepted subject to inspection of the manufacturer and/or the authorised agent.
